Image/Video in the PC


Hello again!!
In this part of the blog we will treat the image and the video in the HP.

As we all know, most computers only have one front camera only to do video calls or frontal photos, as the function of computers is not to take photos, for that we use cameras or mobile phones.

In the following image we can see the characteristics of the computer screen, refering to the image:


As we can see, the PC has an AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x9874) as a chip.

The AMD Radeon R6 is an integrated DirectX 12 graphics card found in some AMD APUs . It offers 128 shader cores across two Compute Units and is based on the GCN architecture. Core clock is rated at up to 500 MHz. The GPU does not have dedicated VRAM and will access main system memory (single-channel DDR3L-1333).                                                                                          Using its UVD (Unified Video Decoder), the GPU can support the CPU when decoding videos up to 4K. The chip also integrates a specialized video encoder called VCE. Video streams can output via VGA, DVI, HDMI 1.4a and DisplayPort 1.2 to up to two external monitors.

The performance of the Radeon R6 is roughly equivalent to a Radeon HD 8280, as the GPU Boost is limited by the very low TDP. Typically, only older or very undemanding games will play fluently.


On the other hand, the internal DAC of the HP has 400 MHz. This DAC is a reference to the graphics memory clock speed and it has a faster performance.

To conclude with this post, we have to observe that this pc has a Generic PnP Monitor with a 1366x768 resolution.

Shutter speed, dual flash, HDR and some other aspects

The iphone5s is capable of producing bursts up to 10 fps without lowering the quality 
of the photograph. Later we will be able to choose the shot or shots that we like the best 
among all the ones made and save them individually.




 
Now we can finally have that photo without eyes closed.
 
 
IPhone 5S has a dual flash, with a warm filter to improve skin tones when performing this. 
I must say that there is not a great improvement over what they promise.


 You can also choose between differents effects.

The camera of the iPhone 5S 


The iPhone 5s camera has 8 megapixels, mounts a new sensor 15% larger with a photodiodes of a size of 1.5 microns. Optics improvement , both in performance and quality, show a diaphragm (f) of 2.2 as maximum aperture. With these general advances, within the technical section, they have tried to improve the dynamic range and at the same time to achieve better results in low light conditions. In spite of this, Apple still does not equip its smartphone with optical stabilization. Other aspects that have been improved are the 15 autofocus points along with the burst of up to 10 fps that is capable to perform. Shooting with this new iPhone 5S, is simple and intuitive at the same time as fast due to its shutter speed. 
According to my experience, performing mobile photography with these kinds of terminals, I must say that this new camera has improved in some ways the approach , (pressing the finger makes it easier).

Sensor size matters


The sensor gets sharper shots, as well as more bright colours.
In this case, I am the one who uses the photographs for printing, and therefore I worry a lot about the shot so I do not have to cut and lose the quality of  the final photograph.
